Sundried tomato and spinach egg cups

Hi lovelies here is the the recipe for the eggs cups I made in my 1st meal prep video


  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp herbamore salt
  • 100 grams semi dried tomato


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
  2. Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray
  3. crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until yolks and whites combines
  4. roughly chop the spinach and sundried tomatoes and add to egg  mixture
  5. add salt and pepper to taste
  6. pour into muffin tin and place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top
